Sound Savvy Dogs: Virtual Intro Session

Helping Your Dog Feel Safe When the World Feels Loud

30 US dollars

Service Description

In this one-hour virtual Introductory drop-in session (offered every Thursday at 6 pm or Saturdays at 10 am), you’ll learn why sound sensitivity and noise phobias develop, what happens in your dog’s brain and nervous system during loud events, and some practical, welfare-centered ways to offer support. Whether your dog struggled with summer fireworks, the Blue Angels, the few Seattle thunderstorms, or everyday urban sounds—or you want to help a new puppy, adult dog, or rescue acclimate to a sound-filled world—this session will help you get started. Great for dogs at every life stage! If you would like to go deeper in developing a more individualized plan for your dog after attending the virtual session, I will offer discounted private sessions to those who participated in the virtual sessions.
