After your intake session, ongoing private training sessions provide consistent, personalized guidance as you and your dog continue to build skills, confidence, and connection. Each session expands on your individualized plan using force-free, positive reinforcement methods, the LEGS Framework, and a deep commitment to your dog’s emotional welfare and safety. We’ll review your progress, troubleshoot new challenges, adjust strategies, and refine techniques so your training feels sustainable, compassionate, and effective. Follow-up sessions are ideal for reinforcing learning, supporting behavior change, and helping you navigate real-life environments with clarity and confidence. Cancellation Policy
Class Policies at Growlerz You may cancel up to 48 hours before the first class for a full refund. Once the class begins, refunds are not available. If an emergency prevents you from attending classes, I will offer one private session to help you catch up. After booking, you’ll receive a class contract to review and sign. You’ll also need to enroll your dog with Growlerz and upload the vaccinations Growlerz requires for all dogs on the premises before attending. Dogs will wear Y-harnesses, and guardians will use eight-foot leashes during class. You can purchase these beforehand or borrow them from Kendra during class. If your dog is reactive toward people or other dogs, please call Kendra before registering. We’ll talk about whether the class is a good fit for your dog and discuss other options if needed.
