This package builds on your initial intake by providing consistent coaching and skill-building rooted in force-free, positive reinforcement methods, the LEGS Framework, and a deep commitment to your dog’s emotional welfare and safety. Across five customized sessions, we will reinforce foundation skills, address real-life challenges, deepen your dog’s confidence, and fine-tune strategies that work for your unique household. This package provides continuity, clarity, and measurable progress—while offering a cost-effective way to receive ongoing, high-quality training support. Cancellation Policy
Class Policies at Growlerz You may cancel up to 48 hours before the first class for a full refund. Once the class begins, refunds are not available. If an emergency prevents you from attending classes, I will offer one private session to help you catch up. After booking, you’ll receive a class contract to review and sign. You’ll also need to enroll your dog with Growlerz and upload the vaccinations Growlerz requires for all dogs on the premises before attending. Dogs will wear Y-harnesses, and guardians will use eight-foot leashes during class. You can purchase these beforehand or borrow them from Kendra during class. If your dog is reactive toward people or other dogs, please call Kendra before registering. We’ll talk about whether the class is a good fit for your dog and discuss other options if needed.
